PRINT ON DEMAND
Welcome to the BAM Productions website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
These conditions govern all contracts of the sale of printed goods (hereafter referred to as ‘the goods’) and services between BAM Productions (hereafter referred to as ‘the Company’ and any Customer (hereafter referred to as ‘the Customer’) of the goods and/or services. These terms can only be varied with the written consent of the Company.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment or Deposit required to start an order (non-refundable). We accept payments via bank transfer.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Due to the custom nature of our printing, full payment is due prior to printing unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds will not be accepted in any case where the product is defective through a fault of the customer. As the products we are supplying are customised, we cannot accept any returns on printed clothing unless it is a fault on behalf of BAM Productions.
Due to the custom nature of the products, we cannot issue refunds for any other reason. Once an order has been placed the manufacturing stage starts immediately and costs are borne immediately by us. Therefore we stress that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
With every order, we will provide a digital mock up with unlimited revisions. It is the customer's responsibility to check the mock up for any misspellings or other errors. This especially applies to designs that have a list of names. If everything looks right, please confirm with us that the artwork is ready for print. If we do no hear from you in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays.
Digital mock ups give a general idea of what the product will look like, but do not exactly translate to the final product. If you have specific dimensions, colours, and print placement details in mind, please let us know. With these parameters, we will do our best to get as close as possible. If these details are not given to us, we may use our best judgement and will not be held responsible.
Choosing the garment is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee that the customer will like the garment they have chosen, but will guarantee the print. Customers are expected to do their own research (we can provide you with the resources) on garments in regards to size, colour, and style. If we do not stock a particular item, you may purchase a sample and have it shipped to our shop.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise during the quote or order process. During peak periods or during maintenance or breakdowns, this period may be extended. Delivery dates and deadlines are an estimate that should be used as a guide only, they are not a guarantee and we will not accept requests for refunds because of a missed delivery date.
All deliveries will be made via Royal Mail and sent tracked. We will upload each tracking number on your page and keep all physical receipts and send them to upon request.
The liability for loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to the customer upon the delivery of the order to a common carrier for shipment. Please ensure the correct address to applied as we automatically upload the shipping information the way you submit it.

When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We will retain a record of your purchases.
Details are held securely in an encrypted format by PayPal.com and Sagepay.
